Slatted Bases
There are various types of slatted bases from wooden to metal, with varying torsions and structure. The most popular question is "What mattress should i buy for a slatted base?", to which the answer is never simple. Generally speaking, a mattress with a higher density of either springs (pocket or opencoil) or memory foam would be more suitable for a slatted base as it would last longer than your more budget mattresses.

Thick set wooden frames are very good for over active children or adult sleeping as they provide more stability. Delivery
Next Day delivery is available when ordered before 11am and is subject to stock availability (please check with us before ordering). Next Day delivery is charged at £20 unless stated otherwise. Standard Delivery is 5-10 days (subject to stock availabilty) and is free when you spend over £100. Saturday delivery is available at a charge of £30
